Fenix Group, a Virginia based systems integrator & product development firm, announced a partnership agreement today with KÄGWERKS, a Washington-based veteran-owned product development team focused on soldier-worn systems. The partnership pairs KÄGWERKS’ unique body-worn communications systems designed to integrate, simplify, and lighten the burden of the individual warfighter with Fenix Group’s focus on the Battlefield of Things sensor ecosystem. The two companies are joining forces in an effort to bring new capabilities to the American warfighter to decrease cost, risk, and burden while increasing operator efficiency and lethality.
At a recent demonstration event showcasing KÄGWERKS DOCK platform, Dave Peterson, Fenix Group’s CEO had this to say: “Partnering with KÄGWERKS was a no brainer. Their senior leadership & engineering staff understand what is important to the individual warfighter, and the KÄGWERKS platform is a huge leap over what the military is fielding today.
